Service and Support
We service what we sell. In many cases we save our customers thousands of dollars in savings by supporting equipment locally. Thus saving costs in airfare and associated expenses.
We offer on-site training by field technicians during and after commissioning or anytime there is a change in operating personnel.
Maintenance contracts are available on any or all equipment sold and serviced by EDI. Based on proper inspection we occasionally will offer this on other equipment in customer’s process based condition and operating conditions.
